Please note:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders once they are placed, as each garment is individually made for you.

  • Custom orders — including any personalized size, style, or design modifications — are also non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.

  • If your piece requires alterations, we are more than happy to assist and make adjustments to ensure it fits you beautifully.

For international clients, please be advised:

  • Any costs associated with return shipping for alterations must be covered by the customer.

  • We request at least one trial fitting, virtually or physically (if feasible), to help us ensure the most accurate fit before final dispatch.

We appreciate your understanding of the craftsmanship and personalized attention that goes into each of our creations. Your support helps us maintain our slow, sustainable, and intentional production process.

TAXES & DUTIES

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Indian taxes and reflect the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

For international deliveries, please note the following:

  • We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in your country are not included in the price you see at checkout.

  • These charges vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. As the recipient of the shipment, you will be required to pay any applicable duties and taxes to clear your package from customs upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs at the time of purchase, as they are levied by your local government. If you are unsure about the applicable fees, we recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing your order.
